The Cannibal Beer & Butcher


Christian Pappanicholas and Chef Bobby Hellen of Gramercy's indulgent eatery Resto, served me a few offal delights from their little brother restaurant The Cannibal Beer and Butcher. As the interiors of the Cannibal next door had not yet been completed when I took these photos, these interior shots are of the lovely Resto. A steaming fresh boudin noir coiled on the table beside a slow roasted pigs head, and an aged steak, are some of the few ingredients which make their way into the sandwiches and small plates at the Cannibal. You can even order a whole pig for a great winter feast...
